Mr Willem Conradie has provided services in key high level appointment processes in the Division for Learning and Teaching Enhancement at Stellenbosch University since 2013. I head up the Division as Senior Director. These services include online psychometric testing of the short listed candidates before the interviews, compiling the candidate profiles and reports as well as providing verbal feedback to the interview panel during the interview process. Pindulo VDM is involved in the logistics industry with a footprint across South Africa. The group employs more than 300 employees, who are based in various locations.
The Pindulo VDM group has been making use of the services of WCA since August 2018. The services include psychometric evaluations, which are used to assist with recruitment processes and for the purpose of staff development of current staff members. Their services have also been used to act as facilitators during strategy sessions, which included personality assessments to aid with fostering team work among the executive team.

This letter serves as confirmation that Mr Willem Conradie and Associates Consulting Firm served as the Competency Standards Developer for the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) from October 2021.
Willem Conradie and Associates Consulting Firm conducted research, interviews and developed the Competency Standards and Frameworks for the SACPCMP’s professions to its satisfaction, as their work proved to be of a high standard and professional. This included conducting Competency Standards seminars on behalf of the SACPCMP, with different sectors, as part of Stakeholder engagements for the benchmarking of the Competency Standards developed for its professions. The Competency Standards and Frameworks were industry and internationally benchmarked. It has been a pleasure to work with Willem Conradie and Associates Consulting Firm on this project.
